About Soul Language
Our verbal and non-verbal language is permeated by the messages from our soul: our ‘soul-language’.
We can learn to consciously recognize it to live a more purposeful live. Learning 'archetypical'
soul language brings it all together: people's own specific archetypes and their respective goals with their unique soul language.
A new insight is that organizations have their own archetypes and soul languages, as well.
The purpose of my book and of my further research is to help you in recognize and use the understanding of your organization's soul language to help both the organization and your people to function in a more harmonized way. Soul Language touches also on a topic that has kept me busy for many years: how female and male energies can better complement each other in todays' organizations, without falling in to the trap of role modelling based on gender too much.
